Interim Management

Specialized in human resources (HR) management, I work in companies mainly in Brussels and flemish and Walloon Brabant for missions of several months, whether face-to-face or virtual (MsTeams, Zoom, Whereby or other platforms).

Fluent in English, Dutch and French. I am comfortable in many professional environments, international or local. 

Passionate about working in “project” mode.I like to deliver high-performance results, in collaboration with the HR department and/or the general management, the HR teams and external service providers.

The projects I have done are very varied. Here are a few examples:

  • Reorganization of HR administration and payroll of employees (including expatriates);
  • Implementation or change of “payroll” provider;
  • Implementation / adaptation of work regulations, various regulations (car policy, teleworking, mobility …);
  • Sourcing and recruitment of niche, varied or rare profiles;
  • Implementation of efficient HR processes;
  • Redesign of assessment days (young graduates)
  • Implementation of Internal Prevention and Protection Service (SIPP);
