I embarked on a coaching journey because I was no longer able to fulfil myself in my job. I had a lot of frustrations and had lost confidence in my abilities. I was extremely stressed. Taking the MBTI personality questionnaire, followed by a personalised debriefing with Véronique, confirmed a number of aspects of my personality that I’d been sensing for some time. It also enabled me to allow myself to adopt certain attitudes that I was sometimes reluctant to adopt.
